The 2010 North American Dragon Boat Conference dates have been confirmed! The conference will be held at the Granville Island Hotel in Vancouver on April 9-11, 2010.
After a successful 2009 event, Water's Edge and Right Angle Performance are pleased to bring you the second North American Dragon Boat Conference. Once again, this conference will be geared toward every dragon boat enthusiast: coach, paddler and administrator.
We listened to your feedback from the 2009 conference and have implemented a number of changes to the format and structure of the event -- bigger and better than ever!

2010 Deep Cove 200m Dash: April 24, 2010 |
|
 The 6th Annual Deep Cove 200m Dash is known as the first race of the race season. Water’s Edge has once again partnered with Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak to bring the Deep Cove 200m Dash (formerly known as the Dash for Charity) to the cozy North Shore village of Deep Cove on April 24, 2010. This stunning venue will feature a minimum of 3 sprints throughout the day, giving teams the opportunity to work out their race strategy and begin accumulating points for the series.

2010 Whistler Dragon Boat Festival: July 3-4, 2010 |
 In 2010, the Whistler Dragon Boat Festival will also be home to the Canadian National Dragon Boat Championships. Sure to bring even more excitement and thrills for everyone involved, from racers to spectators alike.  The 6th Annual Harrison DragonFest will be hosted by Water's Edge and the Fraser Valley Dragon Boat Club on July 24th, 2010 in beautiful Harrison Hot Springs, BC.
This event has become one of the paramount one-day dragon boat events within the Pacific Northwest. This year we will raise the bar to bring you even more exciting races, community-sponsored attractions and festivities - all with the beautiful backdrop of stunning Harrison Lake.
This spectacular venue is easily accessible to teams from all over the Pacific Northwest and only a ninety minute drive from downtown Vancouver. The central Fraser Valley location combined with the stunning surroundings makes this a welcome one-day getaway or a weekend retreat.
